The bank is very crammed and suffocating. Not only this bank but the banks in the whole of Kalimpong is like that (except maybe ICICI)nnThe clerks are helpful if you ask for any help, the officer isn't helpful and takes considerable time to resolve issues, I'm not sure if the bank itself is taking time or him, but they take long time.nnThe usual services i.e. deposit, opening an account/issuing a card, etc is swift, abeit a bit irksome due to the queues.nnI usually visit this bank around 11 am or around 2 pm or else it'll be crowded and they don't have a proper seating arrangement. ( there isn't much space!)nnOverall it's an okay branch, if the higher ups are as focused on taking care of the customers as the clerks, it might even be a better branch than the cities.
