The Gourmet Central Family Restaurant & Bar

Very pathetic service. Went today with family, almost waited 40 mins for the food to get prepared and placed on table. Every dish had horrible taste with heaps of salt. The manager particular was ill mannered and started arguing with this when we told about the portions of the fried rice ordered. Another family left the food ordered due to same reason. Plus taking 30 ruppes more in mineral water.Total money waste. Won't go again.

Very bad experience. The restaurant open yesterday after lockdown. Today 2nd October we visited the place. Most of the items in the menu was unavailable,which was understandable but the basic item like chilli chicken was serve in a gravy which was not uneatable. When I asked why they have used old products they simple deducted that item from my bill. The chef even was not able to explain why the chicken tasted sour. Not recommended, the place is not safe .

It is fine dine Restaurant cum Bar at City Centre in Siliguri. Food quality is best.

Great food and ambience. Very well behaved staff and prompt service..

Don't expect a good Indian food here. The quantity of food is very good tho
