Highly disappointing! Do not opt this place! We had a terrible experience. The staff is untrained, yoga teacher does not know yoga and teaches you yoga in a wrong manner that led to vertigos in our case. Panchkarma experience was too bad as well. The ladies who pretend to be panchkarma experts have long nails which pierced my body all the time when they gave me massages every day. On asking them, they replied, “ Nails toh chubhte hi hain!” (Nails always pierce you”! And then they laughed. The nail even got broken on my body during massage and gave me injury. Every day there was problem. First day steam was not ready and we had to wait for hours despite of having strict appointment and coming from too far. Second day also steam was not ready and we had to drop our office and waited for them to do the preparations. Third day, they returned us because again steam was not ready!!!! Fourth day, they took me to another room where they said steam was ready but in middle of massage they announced that even in that room steam was not making!!!! The lady asked me to cover a sheet on my body and walk without clothes across the reception area to another therapy room where they said steam “could” be ready! I was too disgusted that i refused and wore my new clothes on oily and powdery body and went to another room. Somehow, it ended, but wait; the moment I stepped in the washroom; those ladies undressed and jumped in the steam box giggling and screaming that even we will enjoy steam! I was astonished. They couldn’t even wait for the client (me) to finish and leave.nThe lady Doctor present at the faculty had no idea what to say about all these things and said it was technical fault and we are not at all fault.nMy husband’s experience was worst as the male therapist burnt his feet with steam and we are still taking treatment for his feet wounds from else where. Over all experience was disgusting and we quit the treatment in half-way. We were given assurance that we will get half of refund but we are still waiting. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
