Bank is good....but the employees of this bank are very worst......their attitude are very high....their behaviour is not good towards the people or poor people.....they think they are the superior....

The staff of this bank thinks that they are owner of this bank(not all). They will not listen to you until and unless you shout upon them and even after that there is no guarantee that your work will be done. I had given an application for transfer of my account to other branch 2 month ago still my account does not got transferred. I inquired several times but that guy shows no interest.

Only branch in gumla. Very crowded as it has only one cash counter. Bank should look into this matter.
