There is no wheelchair accessible. There is no proper sitting .the chairs are broken .Always filled with crowd means the travell from here to other states,Districts,villages etc . no neatness its is a big bus shelter with so much crowd but need to develope more like basic facilities like proper toilets for women and men Proper sitting for senior citizens and old peoples Exact information abut buses .etc

A very bad management......recently our bus got troubled where the destination of the bus is hyd.....public was in hurry and panic.....the mangement was aware of the malfunction of the bus....even though bus depot didn't take any responsibility for public......there were small children of one year old ,women,girls and few old age people in the bus.....we really faced a difficult aftn were it was sunny ...I know there was no stop at bus depot in nagarkurnool....but at some situations the management must take atleast responsibility like dropping public at bus stop or in the worst case dropping near bus stand....I hope the respective officers will consider my feedback
