They promise to deliver goods at Destination but you need to pick the goods from a place which is 5 kms away. And if we do not make a timely puck up they will charge you extra. (In my case it is 50% of actual freight which was already paid at the time of booking. Please clearify the terms of delivery and the applicable service charges as they are charging it for every delivery they are making.

Very very nice Huns Volvo 9x multialex bus service , Indore to Raipur 5:45 pm Indore to 10:00 am in Raipur Bus stand.

Buses are not sanitised and are not been cleaned.nBus has Stinky environment.nYou have to follow drivers time management system.

Worst behaviour bus staff.There is no charges for extra luggage while booking online but on the way one of the staff told me that you have to pay extra money for luggage otherwise we will put your luggage down .We had only 5 bags including small cartoons .thay told me that you have to give 2000 rupees for this extra luggage and he was also bargning with me and finally he took 1200. You should mention online that You have to pay extra money for extra luggage .nnBus number UP 78FN 7705.nMy seat PNR no. - 212487686.nnHANS TRAVELS PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS..THIS IS A VERT SERIOUS MATTER AND PLEASE SOLVE OUR PROBLEM.

The bushes are good and timely.nnService is also well.nnSuspension of bus is good, we saldomly feel a jerk and overall its comfortable.nnOther services like water availability is not known as they dont provide even a water bottle to the customers.nnThe waiting area at Raipur has not basic amenities available, its just a shop having counter and some (6-7) chairs for passengers.nnThe beddings is available inside bus.nnThere is no guideline or follow ups for Covid-19 prevention.nnAir conditioning is good.nnStaffs are not professional behaviour.nnInside a screen is provided for entertainment of passanger and a charging port.
