Bus facility and condition is quite good..But the Dhaba where they stop is totally third class, tasteless food and highly overpriced.. Even the conductor was continuously talking in mobile at high pitch using some bad words for a long during night hours..Which is quite very annoying

This is an average transport provider, usually do not care about passengers comfort. But they have good vehicles.

They charged fare for AC Bus and without notice they changed the bus to a Non AC one. And the ones in the bus didnot respond properly when we inquired about it. The bus is not maintained properly. Windows do not close fully. Curtains are dirty and there are mosquitoesin the bus. Really bad experience.

The bus service who never switch on there AC in AC bus. Experienced more then 4 times. There taking charges of AC but not powering on AC mostly in chhindwara and Nagpur bus.
