Way too nice for money exchange ,my personal experience with currency ready in hand , specially USD , GBP, SD , Middle east Currency, Chinese Yuan , HKD , Thai B , AD , ND , south African Rands , Jap Y,Korean , Russian Ruble and ofcourse EUR . Exchange rates are better than bank , they issue receipt to you. Always carry Passport with Visa , Tickets and Pan Card

Office of Thomas Cook in cannaught place Delhi is inside PVR in first floor, you may not find separate board for this. Service is good.
