Doctor was really good but the front office staff are really worst. They asked us to wait for ten minutes and no response even after 2hours. When asked them told us to come tomorrow. No answer when we asked why did they kept us waiting? We have called doctor personally and took appointment. Even then they are informing doctor that we are not there. Very rude.nnThere was a patient came as urgent with stomach pain and gave details to front office. Nurse shouting at her saying when you have stomach pain from morning, why they came in afternoon and asked them to come tomorrow as they exceeded 20 tokens. Very rude staff.

Worst experience, no one taking care of patients. Waiting from 10 am to 3 pm still no response from staff.

Worst experience..nnI have called (around 1:10 PM) to get an appointment and over the call the receptionist advised to walk-in directly and said it may take 1-2 hours for the doctor's consultation based on the queue.nnAnd when we reached the place (2:00 - 2:30 PM) for doctor's consultation, Receptionist said there are people waiting over there from morning and it may even 5-6 PM in evening for doctor's appointment. When I have asked why am advised to walk-in directly without an appointment if the people are waiting from morning. Answer is - YOU HAVE TO WAIT. THAT'S IT. IF YOU CAN WAIT.. WAIT OR GO AWAY.. (Receptionist behaviour is the worst).nnFinally we have return back without consulting doctor.
