As per lockdown so many cases are pending they are giving keep on giving dates y don't they solve with online service or call only 5 cases daily because of these as they are giving keep on dates there are so many cases suffering some woman who kept case on there husband's they are getting judgement it's getting delayed so opposite party is enjoying please government see to these problem solution

I filed a case with the forum with case no. CC 243/2018. I found that some people in the office were greedy in that they were expecting some tips from me right from day one. The attender whose name i do not remember may be Siddique was rude to me because I refused to give him money so was threatening me in the court hall of confiscating my mobile though I was surfing it in silent mode waiting for my call and he was turning blind eye to advocates and other complainants who were seen surfing their mobiles. This is so called temple of justice and hence I found it contrary. Additionally I find it inappropriate that vehicle parking fees is being charged though we are paying court fees and lawyers fees while the government bans even private malls from charging parking fees. To top it, we have to pay for using toilet situated in the court premises. But i found that the Judges were honest and dignified.

Like all others government offices, this court complex is also same, same working style, as usuall delays and brueaucray everywhere... ...the most cannuing people are lawyers here, 100% commercial...if you take a clear case, lawyer knows everything that he can't do anything in that case, but just for money lawyer says, we will go upto high court, or supreme court in case if justice is not done... I recommend if case is against you, and strong evidence against you, better options out of court settlement or comprises with other party otherwise penalty is inevitable...

Iam working in this court .os. Very Nice place parking available Food Rates are to much in canteen .
