Over crowded eventhough they give much service to poor people , self help groups ,nVarious customers from surrounding villages. Every Gov't scheme linked with banknso some people must use various digital banking sites to avoid overload

Rude staff, never cares the customer, ATM & Pass book printing machines are out of order for several months, no customer is happy with this branch. Worst branch in Rajahmundry.
