Why should we pay more than bill amount. Even if it is on the ground floor, delivery boys charging (mandatory tip, some charging 50 too) minimum Rs. 25. If agency would not like to take action on this issue, then add tip amount in the bill, so that there will be no issue.

Phones are always busy... Cannot connect them on phones.... For any issues, need to go there stand at office and stay till your work is done...
