Shell has been my preferred gas station. I like their service. Nothing extraordinary compared to other oil companies. They do basic checks like engine coolant levels, engine oil levels, windscreen fluids levels. They also try to sell their other products which I don't see a fault in. I got their anti-bacterial treatment done today. It costs ₹975 and it takes around 10minutes for the process to complete. I can't comment yet if the product works as they advertised but I got it done anyway.

The quality of petrol is very good, you have a minimum of 10 km more on the milage, but the prices are also on the greater side of Rs.b5-10/-. I like the V Power petrol the bike is very smooth with less carbon emission.

They dont wear masks! Such a big brand but zero covid precautions taken by staff which is risky for both staff and customers

Shell is known for very professional, good quality petrol (both regular as well power which is little costly), service. They follow protocols there like warm greeting with namaste, get down from while filing fuel etc. PayTM and cads accepted. Free air pressure. A small shop for snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, chocolates etc. You can change your engine oil for free service on the spot. As its not very popular here so queue is small or no queue at all. Opens as early as 4am as far i know.
