A few minutes from 59, Towards the end of a quiet road, one way in and out. I leave my generator in the back of my truck every day . The owner's live in the house as you pull in. I heard a couple people say here on review that the owner or management is rude. Thomas the manager is probably One of THE nicest guys you'll ever meet. Helpful and friendly. The owner also owns a construction business and tries to keep his RV park in great shape. So is he the kind of person that smiles all the time, and is super friendly, no, but he's in no way rude. I'm sure he has a lot on his plate that other's don't realize from all his responsibility. I recommend this RV park. $560 a month which includes free laundry and utilities in a country setting and not very big..I really couldn't ask for much better.

It's small and quiet mostly. Also right on the San Jacinto River which is an added bonus. It's a few steps from the Houston city limit sign but it feels like you're in the country. Everything you may need is right across the bridge (within ten minutes). The manager is nice and aside from p the laundry room being upstairs, I don't have a bad thing to say about it here. I kinda cringed when I heard Houston was our next destination but this RV Park made it so much less terrible.

Quiet, clean, and well managed. If you are a full-timer this is the place for you!

Owners are nice people but yeah changed my review from 5 to 1 based on management alone and how I was treated the last month. Unprofessional and rude.

Would be better if it actually had some amenities but at the same time,Thomas the park manager is awesome. Very friendly and will go out of his way to help you out if needed. He went above and beyond to help me out a couple times so I owe him big time if he ever gets in a situation.
