Wish i could give it 0 stars owner plays favorites and decides that 4 people is way to much for a regular size rv and also the park is very trashy and is not close to organized literal trash that has been around for over a year or so park is full of tweaker and doesn't allow you to have an outside storage box but only certain people are held to these rules very very horrible experience do not choose this fiend park

She does not give copies of your agreement if you have a camera phone take pictures don’t let her tell you she’ll get you copies, when you go to leave there will be disagreements and she’ll get out a blank agreement and say this is what everybody agrees to also since you have no agreement to show the post office you have to wait for her to post your electric bill to get your mailbox key, Over charges on electricity, no Internet, washers don’t work, she does nothing for the ants, Only one onsite night light works, Sites are on soft dirt and flood in spring causing RVs to sink, swampy Most of the year, She has had this park for 12 years and the only maintenance is a little gravel once in a while on the entrance road ruts and random mowing.

The owner is a very professional lady and runs a great RV park. Clean, quiet, and tucked away from the busy and hustle and bustle of the city.

Just a nice park .The owner is Awesome and makes you feel at home . They have a laundry with washers and dryers on site . The location is great a country setting with easy access to downtown Conroe and The Woodlands

Owner tried to charge me double the price for the electricity I used!nCheck & take pictures of the electric meter if you don't want to be screwed on electricity you use!!!
