Went about a month ago and was a first for me. I really didn’t get to do much but enjoy company of new friends, the hot tub, a bonfire and some quality time relaxing in my cabin. Extremely relaxing and am looking forward to going again today for the weekend. Have to show my other half the true enjoyment of nature. 5 stars for me.

Such a wonderful experience. Beyond my expectations. The property managers are the most precious couple. They accommodated all of our needs.nThis beautiful land sits on top of chandler mountain overlooking two streams and a waterfall on the national forest preserve. Overall the campground has sufficient amenities wether you are sleeping in a tent or rent a cabin. There are rules in place to keep everyone safe, courteous, and respectful.nCleanliness is on point. The bathhouse always smelled fresh and looked clean and neat. Most nights there is a camp fire where you can cook over the coals. Potlucks are a regular occurrence.nI have never met such a hospitable and relaxed community. I truly feel comfortable here and highly recommend at least a three night visit and you still won’t be able to do everything this place has to offer. Anyone who has something negative to say clearly hasn’t been here or is not a person who should have ever come here in the first place. Good vibes only.

Beautiful remote location, pool was clean but cold. Lots of friendly guys there. Trails to hike. Friendly staff.

This place has awesome residents! When they throw a party, it's definitely worth attending! Yes, there are some rules, and some people have been asked to leave (their the ones who write the bad reviews) but all you have to do to enjoy this paradise is respect others, leave the place as clean as you found it, and relax. The owner's, Tim Privett and Gery Burk, are super friendly! If you want a great experience, it's simple, just HAVE a great experience! It's all on you!
