Employees are full of pride. Not bothered to respect and respond to humble customers.after all your very survival is based on their visit to your bank. Bank timings and punctuality is a joke here. Don't think they will finish their lunch in the given time. They chit chat and giggle with new colleagues then take their sweet time to occupy offices.
