INTEGRIS Family Care Edmond Renaissance

Normally would be a higher rating, but recently they’ve really struggled communicating simple but very important information to me. Dr. Wong’s nurse has done a poor job at communicating medication refill appointments with me and today she was very off-putting on the phone and still has yet to call me back. Because of their lack of professionalism and communicating skills, a medication that I called in for refill 10 days ago now requires an appointment and I will run out of my medication before I can get in to be seen. The nurses lack of communication has caused me to no longer trust them with my health and my care. I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone who values professionalism, communication and a trustworthy nursing staff.

The doctor was great! The nurse and the patient coordinator was as well, but later I received a bill for way too much and I was surprised because the business office had told me it would cost $50. The doctor was not able to help me and referred me to a dermatologist so why am I expected to pay $203 to be sent to someone else? No tests were run it was just a consult. Not happy!!

Great experience as always! Dr. Haynes is a very attentive, helpful and caring doctor.

Again with this visit with Dr. Douglas Hayes service was excellent. Dr. Haynes has been both my wife's and my family doctor for approximately 20 years.nnYesterday was my office visit, but this morning I received a personal phone call from Dr. Haynes advising me of further procedures that must be met.nnAgain, as always above and beyond the normal call to duty.nnThank you, Dr. Haynes

CALL B4 YOU COME!! THEY TELL U THAT U DONT HAVE TO CALL TO CHECM IN. THAT YOU CAN JUST COME RIGHT IN. THATS A FKNG LIE, WAIT IN UR VEHICLE AND CALL THEM TO CHECK IN!!!!!!
