Excellent care, very professional servicennYour communication over phone / SMS is excellent. However, you can take this up to next level and send meeting request which can get recorded in respective calendar on phone and remind customers about meeting. Same way the drops schedule can be broadcast as an alarm or meeting request to act as reminder for the customer.nnCan the current replacement of paper based patient file be replaced with digital information.

Dr. Deepak is excellent. I have uveitis and he helped bring it under control. But the receptionists are appalling. I had got new lenses and was trying to pay by card. There was no network so the card machine wouldn't work. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they were commenting about me while I was standing there....she can't read the numbers. She's not entering the correct code etc. Seriously. In a hospital...snarky front desk.

I had my C3R surgery yesterday in raghudeep eyes hospital. It was very good experience with staff members and surgery best hospital for eyes treatment. Must visit once. Thanks dr vasavada and entire staff.

I recently had my LASIK surgery done at Raghudeep Eye Hospital under the team of Dr. Shail Vasavada.nnThe professionalism and expertise I experienced at REH is unparalleled. Every detail of the surgery right from the procedure to the post op care were explained to us in great detail which made us feel very comfortable.nnThe entire process was very fast. I had my pre-LASIK tests done on Saturday and by Monday, we were done with the surgery. The surgery itself took hardly 15 minutes. The entire team of doctors in the surgery room helped me overcome my fear of the surgery. Right now, two days later after the surgery, I have clear vision.nnIn summary, I would like to thank the entire team at REH, especially Dr. Shail for taking extra good care of me and helping me get rid of my nasty glasses.
