I have had a tremendous experience.nThey have given the best service.nThe staff is highly cooperative. Hotels and houseboat which has been provided to us are really beautiful, hence highly recommended to everybody. Pleasure to have such good and fast service while we are in a different state.

We were very apprehensive about visiting Kashmir. But after contacting Shining Star Holidays and talking to Miss Iqra Bhat we felt quite assured that our trip would be safe and wonderful, as she was very soft spoken and responded to all our queries.Our recommendations were taken into consideration and utmost care was taken to make us feel secured and comfortable. While planning for my first wedding anniversary getaway to Kashmir, I happened to speak with Mr. Aijaz from Shining Star and his polite nature over the call made me book services from him on the very first conversation. I had booked only the cab service from him. Later after reaching Kashmir, we met Fida, our guide and company throughout the Kashmir trip for 4 days. He is one of the best guide/driver/friend/company we have ever met while travelling all over the world.nWe are highly satisfied with the welcoming and cooperating nature of these people. I would recommend everyone to book services from them and especially roam around with Mr. Fida to be extremely satisfied. These people will help you making your trip a memorable one!

Breakfast & Dinner was superb. All the hotels were neat & clean.
