I was booked the trip on Feb 2020. During that time ,the provided in doc by mentioning if trip is canceled before 15 days full money will refund. I not able to make this trip due to covid padameic and health issues. Though I clearly said they not yet refund money. So friends please do not book your trip by this agent. This agent is cheater and most of review provided here by their friend's and people who are in kashmir. Poor service.

Rabiya Mir was very proactive in overall tour and arranged tour well.Overall fine experience so far. Very good experience with people and kashmir.. wonderful place

Ms. Rabiya from Classic Holidays was very helpful throughout the trip and had planned everything thoroughly. When there was snowfall at Srinagar before we were to reach, she changed our houseboat booking so that we didn’t face any hassle. She was helpful and booked an extra night when our flight got cancelled due to weather conditions. Very satisfactory experience with Classic Holidays.

Kashmir is an amazingly beautiful place to visit. The trip was certainly a memorable one. Shazia from classic holidays did an amazing job in organizing everything beautifully. Our driver Bilal is an amazing person, he helped us a lot at every point and guided us properly and ensured that we do not get cheated at any point. I would definitely recommend every to visit Kashmir at least in their life time and please choose classic holidays for organizing the trip. They delivered what they promised and in fact more than that.
