I went to Surya sales to buy an Ac 2 ton split. They told me that yes we have that ac in our stock so your product will be delivered to you in 2 hours so I made the full payment of more than 50000. But in the evening when I called them they told me that we will deliver you ac tomorrow. Again the next day after waiting for whole day when I called them to inquired about my product again they told me that we will deliver it tomorrow. Again the next day they were telling lies and didn't deliver my product. And now I started fearing as I had made the payment of 50000 plus....after that day they started ignoring my calls and then I went to their shop had some arguments there but all in vain. I got my product after 5 days and then they told me that it will take 48 hours more to install that product. I was very upset. At the time of installing they boy who was installing told me THAT YOUR AC IS BROKEN THW LOCKS OF YOUR AC ARE BROKEN. I CALLED Surya sales and they told me that it's ok sir SOMETIMES WE GET FAULTY PRODUCTS AMD HUNG THE PHONE. I paid 50000+ to them still I get delivered faulty product. EVEN THE BEHAVIOUR IS LIKE THEY ARE THE OWNERS OF TAJ MAHAL. NO SENSE OF TALKING, VERY BAD BEHAVIOUS
