Dr Safiya is a renowned and decorated Psychiatrist and my experience with her and the clinic has been exceptionally good. after visiting multiple doctors across bangalore, Dr Safiya was able to bring about a very positive change. I now recommend anyone who requires therapy or counselling to Mind and Brain clinic. definitely five stars from me.

Extremely unprofessional and lethargic system... Neither the supporting staffs nor technicians are responsible... Never suggest for any diagnostic tests.

Hospital staff are extremely rude and impulsive. Doctor kept on coughing for the entire conversation with her. Staff are anti social and unprofessional. In terms of positives, doctor insights are true and deep. Reciptionist was professional. Tablets are not checked for quality. A tablet is half broken in the sheet

This hospital is about curing mental health issues but the doctor is not at all punctual with the timings.... This is the reason why in our country the status of mental health is so poor...at least have some consideration for the patients.... I visited three times just for consultation but all the three times she was not available..and the charges are too high..don't we have other work to do or what..so I came back...next time I will never go to this doctor nor I would recommend any of you to consult such a doctor who herself doesn't care about her patient's timings
