Good showroom

The showroom is quite packed. Given that these cars are the most selling. The staff were helpful, but there was no sense of social distancing at all. The place was too crowded. The overall experience was ok, but the staff were helpful and have been diligent in providing the information I have been asking about.

They do false promise to the customers saying they give the best offers on cars. But in actual they will take out few accessories and adjust with the offer. And they say few free accessories will be given but in the final invoice they will add amount for those items. They will add labour charges for new car for accessories fittings. Most important thing to note is they fool the customers by adding GST on MRP for additional accessories. It's a legal crime. MRP is inclusive of all kind of taxes. Please be aware and make sure you won't lose your hard earned money on such things.

Very rude behaviour of salesperson, I am very upset and will not buy car from that particular showroom, as I am a first time car buyer, I asked twice about specification of car and the salesperson got frustrated. This not acceptable, i also complained regarding this with higher authority but no use. Very poor customer service.
