Customer service is horrible. They are only interested in selling their products.But no help in terms of maintenance or repair work of the product when it gets damaged. The salesperson just shook her head when I asked if they can do something to rectify the snapped handle of the handbag, which was purchased at the same shop. I even asked if they are aware of any other places which can help in doing so ,again the response is a shaking of the head. At least when you are selling products at premium prices,you need to realise that it's not a use and throw item,but an investment.Employ better informed staff ( not just people who are eager to sell you the item but don't bother to help you afterwards when something goes wrong) and make provisions to have a better customer service for your OWN products.nOn a positive note,the collection is pretty good here. But I know I will not return to, nor recommend for this brand.
