Got a great support for replacement by the team.nMr. M D Khadar , Mr.Farhan and Mr.Simon did a great job in providing the options. They have shown the great interest for replacement as well which is usually not expected.nThey had great set of options for all the products.nStrongly Recommend this store.

Fantastic service! Mili was super helpful with finding the right shoes for me. I hurt my foot 2 weeks ago and am still wearing a wrap for support. He was able to tell me which sandals would and wouldn't work with the extra width. The arch of the ones I ended up with wound up feeling slightly high for my foot initially as well, and Mili was able to fix it so it didn't bother me at all (while still giving the arch support I need). Thank you!!

The store is fine, but the quality of shoes will be get degraded in just 3 months. They sell you defective products, please other reviews about the same. I bought a shoe worth 7,000 Rupees.. After 6 months the bottom stitches start pulling off, the pasting is completely gone and the color is completely faded. I would suggest you to go for Louis Philip or Arrow or Blackberrys. They provide excellent service even when u buy the shoe at discounted price. But the Hush Puppies which is a brand of Bata is one of the worst service provider if something goes wrong. The don't even have Twitter or Facebook account to complain. You can get into loop of hundreds of email.. Talk to their supervisor.. Senior person.. No one will come to help.nAvoid Hush Puppies Save Money
