Worst quality shoes.nShoes got ripped off after 4 months of usage.

Skechers are the most unreliable shoes I have ever purchased. My first shoes got torn in 5 months and VR mall's Skechers store team have managed to get it replaced with a new one. Now, my new shoes didn't last 2 months. My usage is around 40-45 mins of walk on a flat surface or around my apartment building. Customer service team is not supportive too. Purchased 1 shoes for my husband too and he is facing the same problem. Wasted around 11K for 2 shores that didn't last 6 months. I would stay away from Skechers and rather pay some more and go for Nike or Asics. Have attached the photo. This shoes is torn from inside too which i cannot take picture to show.

Customer service is very good. Guy in the shop helped in choosing the right shoe very patiently. Must try if planning to take sports shoes.

Response from the store is very good. When i requested to exchange the shoe, store manager showed good service.

Collections are ok, but customer service is pathetic. I paid 5999 for shoe and they promised to deliver in 4 days. But after multiple follow up with manager Sathish, he keep on bluffing that it will be delivered today, tomorrow. But still I dint get product after 10 days also. No call back. Everytime I only call and ask about product.
