1 star rating is for the Quality Manager (Sunitha) & Team Lead (don't remember his name) for playing around with words to fool the customer. Giving just one example out of many: The delivery date commitment was done by both but on the date of delivery it was shown as a FAVOR that they delivered my car on the same day and did a FAVOR by ensuring the car is safely out of container, etc. and is delivered to me.nI recommend to go with other dealers who care and respect the emotion of the customer and don't try to play around with words to fool customer. Also, don't show that they did a favor by delivering the car.
Nice experience interacting with MrnSuketh who was extremely cordial, soft spoken, patient and extremely efficient. His detailed explanation of all features and functionality, various benefits available, helped us a lot in arriving at our decision to buy. The entire process was smoothly handled including arranging for a pre-inspection before registration. All commitments were adhered to and in some cases over and beyond our expectation. All staff were extremely cordial. The best part - there was no push to buy, I was given the space to think over and decide. All through they ensured that there was always a communication channel open to converse. Overall a nice experience.
