I was recently in the market to buy a car and had placed a few requests with multiple car makers for a Test Drive at home. Epitome Kia was first to respond within no time. Test Drive was provided the same day and was really impressed with Ravi from the Sales team. He answered all our queries, described all features of the car and provided us with an exhaustive test drive. If it was not for Ravi, I would have probably gone for Hyundai Creta. The entire process from Booking to Payments to Delivery was seamless. We were always updated of the progress and Car was delivered before committed date of delivery. Really impressed with the service quality levels.nSomething that can be improved is stock of accessories. Most of the things were out of stock. But a pleasant experience overall. Would really recommend Epitome Kia. Great Job and keep it up!
Bought my first car from Epitome KIA Whitefield and was quite impressed with the sales team, Aditya in particular. Everything was communicated in a timely manner and the entire transaction felt transparent. They also entertained few of my requests without making a fuss. But the same cannot be said about the accessories team. Neither the team shows up when required nor do they have the accessories available.nNot a big deal though. Recommended overall.
The overall experience at Epitome Kia was great. Right from the professionalism to customer centricity, they are doing an excellent job. Special mention of Ravi who handled our case end-to-end and has been spot on in terms of his commitment, genuineness, query resolution and response time.
