The overall process was pretty transparent. Also, I would personally recommend Mr. Uday Kumar (RM) who provided me with all the information I needed to take the decision to buy our first car and made it a seamless experience. Thanks to Bimal and team for the wonderful experience. Just one minor thing though - We were expecting goodies at the time of car delivery.
I want to recognize and appreciate Prashanth from sales team for the outstanding services he provides to the new as well as the existing customer. I have been a very long relationship with Bimal Maruthi, Mahadevapura, Bangalore as I have purchased my second car from the same showroom and Prshanth is the person I always contacted for my new purchases.nI have been so many issues with other department like Insurance and service but when approach to Prashanth he is always be ready and helped me to get the solution much faster and better, because of his commendable customer respect and customer service I always prefer Bimal Maruthi Mahadevapura, Bangalore branch for Insurance and services, even though I have not got a proper services.nHe is a very hardworking and extraordinary in the field of customer service.n5 start rating from my side.
Systematic process,Process reliable and very nice staff
Don't go with the reviews on net.. I have bad experience bcz! .. Their service center is very poor.. They just want more bills to be generated instead fixing your car problem.. If your car problem is minor less service cost.. They send back your car saying to the pick up guy.. Customer don't want to get service.. Customer care speak nicely while booking appointments later they don't respond..nBetter check with local mechanic before you give it to service otherwise you will be ended up with huge bill..
