I purchaced my car from spinny, which is in a good condition. I havent done any major service. thanks spinny. My RC tranfer had done during the covid time, a couple of months back. But I haven't received Insurance papers till the date. Four times I connected with the customer care executives, but never resolved or call back. I would like to give five star to the sales service and zero stars for the after sales team. Hoping the team may resolve my issue after seeing this atleast..

We got a car in Feb 2020 , sales experience was good but since February 2020 we are chasing Mr **** for RC name correction as he put the wrong spelling in the RC transfer form. Till date we have not received any call or update from him even after numerous calls from our end. He also never shares any managers number for us to escalate. We get the same response it will be today immediately and then Again no response. I believe once the sale is done and spinny receives the Money they are not concerned if all formalities were completed or not or if customer is still suffering .
