Serviced the car at 40,000KM, Un-necessarily charged the customer with hefty bill.nRear brake pads were fine but advisor told it needs to be changed. It costs around 4.5K. Charging more on labor cost for fixing brakes pads, 500rs each for front and rear brake pads.nVehicle rattling noise complaint was not handled, claims 800Rs to open and fit the rattling car seats.nMany other services simply charged though they were not required. Looks like intended to do money nothing else.
