Small business can buy 1000 good reviews for cheap amount of money . I would be very honest with my review as I didn’t get my refund of 181$ from Yogi’s kitchen. I struggled with them. Food is not as tasty / fresh as they have mentioned. Daily menu is made out of very cheap vegetables like potatoes and peas or dal. I wouldn’t recommend this type of meal for good healthy life. Though their customer service agents remain nice on calls But my issue wasn’t resolved. I received an email notification that my plan Has been canceled and the money was refunded to my bank account but that was not a true statement. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded and its been more then 15 days that i am waiting for my refund .

Had a great experience chatting with the chat support from Yogi's kitchen. The food is delicious which got me thinking about some non vegetarian dish as well. Really appreciate the quick response and adding non veg to my basic plan. Thank you.

They deliver on time and you are free to select from a variety of side-dishes every day. It is not too rich like regular restaurant food can be. It is more like a home-cooked meal. We have had it for over 3 months now and we love it! It is very convenient and well worth it!

you should definitely try it if you are a student or someone who works and lives alone. The food is really good and the quality is splendid. the delivery is always on time, they have a tracker that works so you will know when your food is arriving.

ADDING COMMENTS : After YOGI"S Kitchen Response : I already know that the response of food freshness going to be "We ensure it is fresh food". It is just in words not in actual food. You may say this to new customer not to existing one. Once a person start receiving food, Then they will know the meaning of "FRESH" in Yogis Kitchen dictionary. !*!! I see in the review that, others also having the same opinion, It is true and no doubt in that. Some time food too salty, Some time no salt and most of the time no taste, curry feel like eating plain onion& tomato paste. These all started after when Yogis new kitchen expansion in Surrey and Vancouver. NO FRESH FOOD. IT IS PRE-COOKED... FOOD DELIVERED IN STALE CONDITION. Two times in this month, I didn't get my food and when I contacted customer service, got response that they are not aware of the issue. I had to find alternate, it was very late. They mostly respond with giving the a credit back, Who wants it, late in the evening or noon... If I had to order out and eat, why I need Yogis Kitchen ?... Also Yogi no longer interested in customers feedback's. Because many times mentioned to the agents to convey the issue, no response from Yogis Kitchen after. Another issue : False promise and not being transparent with customers. If you inquire about any commitments promised, then you will find yours self as a liar to Yogis Kitchen. As some one mentioned in review customer support agents are Very RUDE and no Polite responses. Specifically Avishek/Abhisehk at Yogis Kitchen call center. Yogis Kitchen has few Pros, Such as Online menu Selection, Pause Service for a day,. But, With this kind of bad customers service, these pros not going help any one. Once these Pros become available in any other tiffin service, Yogis Kitchen will realize the mistakes, it will be very late Mr Yogi Refer the image I attached.... I ordered for Spicy Kitchdi... They just added chilly flakes on top if it. Note to many friends I referred Yogis Kitchen - Apology, please be aware of these incidents. Am no longer supporting Yogis Kitchen or their service to any one.
