Worst service.. past 12 years they are not delivered single cylinder to my village located 7kms for away from their office even COVID 19 period... 65+years aged my father was going to pick the cylinder every time.. 23rd Mar2020 we booked the cylinder but not delivered and booking got cancelled so went today againbooked and waited for 1.30hrs for collect the same. Also lots of arguments was happens with them, he was told me that we have to wait for 15 days once book the gas but msg is telling within in 2 days will deliver the gas...When I asked give me a written notice and why you are not delivered for previous booking there is no answer..nUseless fellow who is taking care of the unit.. owner should take care of the service otherwise if you are not deliverable you should transfer the customer to other agency
