One of best stadiums in Kerala.... Stadium has a synthetic football ground where national Level matches are conducted... Its owned by Thrissur corporation... Wide gallery with normal seatings , dressing room facilities for players are available... People also used to come for morning walks... Easily reachable spot...

Best stadium in thrissur . I have been consistently visiting and it is a great feeling come here and exercise. Caged turf football is in the centre. 400 m radius track I think.

Thrissur Corporation Stadium is football stadium owned by Thrissur Municipal Corporation. Situated in Thrissur city, it is also known as Palace Stadium. It is one of the oldest stadiums in Kerala, India and have a capacity to hold 15,000 people. The stadium was the home ground for international footballers like I.M.Vijayan (Former Indian Captain), Jo Paul Ancheri etc. Recently the stadium is under renovation, and is being lifted to international standards.The stadium has the first synthetic football turf in Kerala state and the only football field in India to currently have a FIFA 2 star certification
