One of the best gym in that area. The highlight of the gym are the trainers, Mr Shelly and his wife. Best trainers available in Thrissur today. The gym has almost all required equipment. Even though it all depends on how you are trained. Otherwise this gym have different timing for gents and ladies. Even family as well as personal training also available on request. I would definitely recommend this gym for better result in short period.
