Great gym. Really satisfied with the training. Be it for any age group or gender, you'll get the best training from here. The trainer has deep knowledge and your limits will be pushed slowly but steadily, making you achieve your best level of fitness.

It's a nice place to workout be it any age any physical condition. I started workout from last 1 moth I was underweight and I was really bullied during school days now within 1 month my body got a good shape i added 2kg to my weight following the diet given by Rinto sir. Good place value for money.

As a fitness fanatic I would certainly say this is one of the best gyms I've been in to so far. Be of any age, physical condition or gender , I guarantee you'll feel comfortable with the regimen and the trainer.nThe best part is, the trainer there is highly qualified, having in depth knowledge in fitness and nutrition.
