It is an excellent place to train MMA. The trainers are very motivating and friendly. Actually, that's one thing that sets this gym apart, the friendly atmosphere.nnWith regards to facilities, there are some free weights and a bench, pull up bars and the works but then you also have the padded floors, 5 heavy bags, and a cage and trainers who'll make sure you sweat and pant by the end if not through out your session.nnDefinitely one of, if not THE top gym in the area.
