Very poor service....please please don't go for gati it's humble request. They want respond properly. After sending my courier its over an month am not able to track my courier. If contacting customer care they won't respond properly . So better go for other company.

The worst experience i had ever faced. Placed an order through flipkart. Paid shipping charges for the order before placing the order around ₹100 i had paid for shipping charge. When i tried to contact their delivery centre in trivandrum they told me that they wont delivery it my door step. Reported his issue in flipkart i got back the shipping charge
