Union Bank of India ATM

Very bad service. Employees dont even know how to behave. Really unhappy banking by them.

It's quite confusing to find the place.

i can't even rate this bankers with one star , i lost 17000 INR from my account on May 28 2019 , and bankers were telling that it was from another bank ATM through a fraudulent transaction.nnBut still they are unable to get that money back to me , today is 23 Jul 2019.nnFor a week or more i was unable to do anything on that , because the brach manager was asking me to raise an FIR from police station , and my police station was not taking my compliant ,as it happened from some other places in india.nnfinally i tried making a compliant in Banking Ombudsman, Thiruvananthapuram , they have given me an acknowledgement of what i have mentioned , and now when i called for the follow up , they are telling Sulthan Bathery Union Bank is not responding it seems.nnhow can this bankers be this irresponsiblennwhom can i take this compliant to and how can i get the money back.
