This is a very old bus stand. It remains the same since ages. A typical govt bldg. Services are seriously lacking both in the infrastructure as well as bus service.nA new bldg is constructed in front of the stand as waiting cum amenity centre by the congress MP Mr.Venugopal but not yet put to use. It is another example of government apathy. What is required to be done is to shift the present bus stand to the new bldg temporarily and demolish the present old structure and put in place a most modern state of the art bus stand to facilitate the public to locate their bus easily and make their travel more comfortable.nMost importantly, the staff should be taught to handle the crowd more efficiently. They should be made aware that the public is their customer and not their servant.
