When you book decorators for a wedding or reception, you would normally expect them to cover everything, that includes a stage, lights and seats decor, and an important part is a large display with the names of bride and groom.nnThese folks had the balls to tell me that the name of the bride and groom wasn't displayed because it wasn't requested for and that we had to request it specifically. I was shocked at their response. I thought it was common sense that for a wedding or reception or for a party on the eve of the wedding this to be done. But they were arrogantly persistent about their decision for not having it because it wasn't requested.nnThey do know how to decorate, but they are lousy.nnThey came in late and were decorating even after the event officially started. When using their service, make sure you give them instructions like you would when writing a recipe. They will do only what is asked of them. So don't forget to specifically request for names of bride and groom when booking them for a reception. Also tell them to come two hours earlier than the actual time, just in case.nnI would never use their service again.
