We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights as we were 2couples travelling to munnar.nPros:nThe rooms were spacious.nlocation is quite and serene which one would expect when you travel to kerala.nnCons:nNo proper hotel staff.nNo housekeeping.nNo kitchen.nThey give you 2 towels per room at the start of your stay and you are expected to use the same for 2 days.nNo refill of the toiletries.nNo proper support from the hotel if you are carrying your kids.nIts one thing to not have kitchen but its another to actually have nothing in food part from hotel.nnAll in all if you looking to stay there ,please manage your stuff at your own.nWas not a great experience overall.

Very nice resort and service in and around Munnar. Though it is some 8-10 KMs far from Munnar town but the surroundings are very scenic. You get a good view of mountains right from.thr seating area and balcony. Its a small resort and they are not too old in this so they have limited staff. It takes them some time to serve but they are polite and helps you whatever you need.nWater was very bad when we came, they fixed it the very next day as it needed a plumber. The geyser was also not working properly and they were able to fix it within a day. You get breakfast there which is quite ordinary as they bring that from outside. They don't have a restaurant within the resort. For other things they get from outside and deliver to the room. Overall a very good stay, you've a nice comfy bed and sofas.

Trustable resort. If any.negative review ignore all. I enjoyed stay for 3 days with my 3 year kid. Good supportive staffs. All is well
