My dad was having a chest pain and visited Mamatha Heart Clinic as a casual appointment, Dr.Mamatha Reddy, immediately identified that he was having a stroke and re-directed us to Rohini (where she is a consultant), emergency ward. Irrespective of bad decisions taken by my family she and her team saved my father from a major stroke and did CPR thrice and saved him. She is an incredible asset to Rohini Super Specialty Hospital. After having an encounter with DR Mamatha Reddy my respect towards doctors has increased drastically.
She is amazing at her job, no questions asked! I could not thank her enough. There is no other specialist in any major hospitals that I trust more than her.
Her visits are up to the mark and the follow ups are very informative.
I travelled from US when this happened and she gave me all the letters needed stating the emergency.
I sincerely appreciate the effort and time that you have taken to accommodate the patient’s needs.
When I visited her clinic after surgery for a follow up, I felt that the staff was rude, but I stayed there for few minutes and observed the stress taken by them. They have to answer hundreds of patients who ask the same question again and again then later I changed my opinion on them. If you have any questions there is a person named Ravi Teja in Mamatha Heart Clinic who answers all the questions in a friendly manner.
My Experience with Rohini Super Specialty:
I thank the entire team in Rohini, from the Doctors in the Emergency Ward and Dr. Prabhakar Reddy in Cardiology ICU department. Team Rohini has been very patient with us in the entire time of our stay there.
Quality of the care in Rohini was outstanding, at the same time I did not see a commercial angle in their treatment. They involved us in every decision made, they genuinely tried and saved my father.
Warangal needs hospitals like these.
Most worst hospital . Faculty is very irresponsible. I think faculty won't give salaries to the working staff.every one demands money for each work which is there response to do.even govt hospitals are better than this..!.
We happened to admit our family member here multiple times because of a reoccurring condition. Following is my impression on this hospital based on our experience.
The doctors here focus only on fixing the current health condition and never bother about educating the patient and the family members on how to prevent such conditions ever happening again.
It appeared like they drag the treatment for more days than really necessary.
The staff (ward boys who assist during emergency admission) demands tips for basic services they provide while you are in a panic about the wellbeing of your loved ones. The irony is that the admission card contains a suggestion for us to not encourage tips to the staff.
The nurses here lack the "nursing" aspects of their duty and don't really practice humanitarian assistance.
They won't allow the attendents into the ICU room every often which is appreciated, but due to the lack of proper patient care, you end up worrying and try to go meet your patient to check-up on them periodically. Our poor grandfather reported multiple times that he was scolded by the duty nurse for being little bit impatient on the ICU bed because of tied hands. This leaves you suspecting their "care" offered to these critical patients.
There aren't much facilities provided for the attendents who stay days and nights in the hospital. There is one small sized room with an attached bathroom for all the attendees of 2 ICU facilities which is far less than what is required. There is no place to eat, sleep or rest and you feel like becoming a patient yourself.
The filthy premises appear like a government hospital.
Overall, I feel like despite of all the "hospitality" we got here, the downsides dominate much more and you wonder if there isn't really a better alternative to this hospital????
This is in particular to Dr Manjula gynecologist. Worst doctor I've ever seen in my life. Not even a human. Doesn't know how to talk to patients. Doesn't listen to our issues. Doesn't look at report. Don't know what manners she learnt from all the higher education. We visited her private clinic today afternoon which doesn't even have a name. Not sure if the hospital is even legal. @Dr Manjula ji - please learn how to talk to patients first. Treatment is secondary. I wish I can sue her for her behaviour.
Very good Services to poor people Health
