That was really good to travel by Kalpana Travels.nThencomducror Mr. VISHAL BAYYA is really kind and cool guy.nThe cleaning is not good. The beds/mats are dusty and that was really not appreciated during the COVID-19 situation.nI can recommend only when the things are too good.

Bus is nicely maintained. Ontime.nBut staff is not good. A boy who is arranging everyone's seats. Come again and again and opens the door of my cabin. So i dnt feel safe in that bus.

Worst travel agency in gwalior, they don't even communicate in a well manner, person who sit in office is so egoistic and Hippocratic. I was reached little early and that man told me to go anywhere but not ask him and don't come in office again, I have traveled a lot with so many travel agency but kalpana travel is the worst ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
