After 1.5 year again writting, my sofa both side foam is fully compressed and now it is very bad condition. I never suggest to all to purchase sofa.n-n-------nQuality of the product is not good, as per the price, we purchased sofa, but cushion - foam quality is very bad as per deal, need to provide good 5 years quality seating foam but after one-two months goes down and still not feeling good for that sofa when seating. Back side used very less foam which is also not comfortable in seating. No comcomfirtn. Please take care of this before purchasing.

I wish i had a 0 star button. They are not at all professional. They have misbehaving staff. They don't have any value or importance of their customer's time and money. Its been 11 days and still i dint get my furniture when they have committed for 6 days. Not getting any answer from their side. Worst experience ever. Request u all plz don't buy anything from Balaji Furniture. They are the worst....

Complete fraud. Don't buy anything from this shop. Initially they will talk in a very good manner but after sale they don't even listen to you. They don't even know how to talk.

actually they don't worth any star the quality of the product and service is very poor.nI ordered a bed and they charged 6000nit turned out be a worst product that I have ever bought.plz don't visit and save your time and money as well.nWorst service and the owner is rude in nature. At time of booking he will communicate very properly and nicely. After that you have to call 100 times for the delivery. Additionally, if the product do not fit properly then they do not send anyone for services and will talk rudely to you.
