Visit to the Sangli Fort.nThis place has a good history behind it. It would be good to have a well scripted write up.nnEntry should be charged. That would find the upkeep of this place.nBeautiful land fortnThe fort is centrally located in the historical city of Sangli. The fort has museum inside, a big darbar hall, big bastion and three arches opposite to darbar hall. The royal family of Patwardhan hold the rights of this fort.nnIt is suggested to visit the place on holiday to experience the calmness of the place. The land fort is having good fortification, bastions, big gates, temple and some ruins. Ditch around the fort. Museum, School etc. inside the fort. 'Krishna River' near the fort.
