Holiday Inn Express Kolkata Airport

It's a new hotel property opened in second half of 2020. The place is staffed with very polite, amiable fellows who are professional to the core and treat guest with respect and value. I stayed there for 2 nights. What I liked best during my stay was the way they were taking care of hygiene and cleanliness. The property has wide and spacious cafe and lounge. A separate restaurant in yet to be operational by the end of Dec 2020. The decor and design is superb of interiors and exteriors. Almost 60 % open space and lawn area offering guest a relaxed and laid back ambience. Loved way housekeeping was taking note of serving the room maintaining cleanliness. The hotel is safe for those who are worrying in COVID 19 situation. All safety and hygiene protocol are taken good care of.

We booked a room for 6 hours for a business purpose. It was all good. But there were some water logging issues in the bathroom. The food is average. But the room was quite spacious. And staffs were polite.

COVID precautions were properly taken. But room is little small as compared. Food can be improved in quantity. Quality and hospitality is really impressive. Overall experience is nice.

They are new and good. It's a bliss to have this place so close to the airport. They have transit rates available. Food might not be the greatest but thats not what you may be looking for here. It's location convenience with quality.
