Extremely unsafe for Women ...Sharing wrong tracking information of bus..

Behaviour of the driver and helper is rude. They refused to pick me from my boarding point even though I was on time . Boarding time was 11:29 and I reached there at 11:20. Driver spoke me and left the boarding point at 11:15 even though I said I am coming. I was calling him continuosly asking him to pick me he refused saying do whatever you want I will not pick you. This instance happened on 26th January 2020.
