Very bad experience had booked from bhusawal to borivali but the bus operator did not pick up i was standing on the location for 3 hours nobody came for pickup.Their Phone numbers are wrong

Very poor bus service company. We have traveled with this bus company from Jalgaon to Pune. The bus failed to start en route and we had to come to Pune by another bus of some random company. The other bus charged 100 rs per person which the driver didn't pay and asked us to pay with the commitment that the extra money will be returned from the office.nnI had followed up with the office many time but they didn't even bother to look in this case. Its a very bad bus service and would not recommend anyone to travel.

Kill yourself but do not travel with them. I repeat never book this. I’ll try my best to communicate this to maximum people. The worst staff. Not safe for ladies. Always late minimum by 4 hours.nI need an option to give negative 5 stars.
